All orders are processed and shipped within 3–4 working days after order confirmation.
Shipping timelines may vary during holidays, promotional periods, or due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather delays, courier service issues).
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email/SMS to monitor the delivery status.
Shipping is carried out through trusted courier partners to ensure timely and secure delivery.
Exchange Policy
We strive to ensure you receive your order in perfect condition. However, exchanges are only offered under the following conditions:
You must inspect your parcel at the time of delivery in the presence of the courier.
If you notice any damage or defect in the product upon receiving it, please inform the delivery person immediately and contact our customer service within 24 hours of receiving your order.
Only damaged or defective products will be eligible for exchange. No exchanges will be offered for reasons such as change of mind, size issues, or product preference.
The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by the original invoice/receipt.
Exchange Process
1. Contact our Customer Support via email or phone within 24 hours of receiving the damaged item.
2. Share clear photos/videos of the damaged product and the packaging.
3. Once approved, we will arrange an exchange for the same product at no additional shipping cost.
Note: We do not offer refunds; only exchanges are allowed for damaged products.
The decision of our Quality Control team regarding the product condition will be final.
